For this project, I did animation remake of Henry Matisse’s painting – the red studio. It was painted by Henry Matisse in 1911. The room was totally in flat, shows in negative spaces and with aggressive colors. For my work, as the light turning on and off, the camera takes people to look through what’s inside the studio and adds a story to them. My idea is that each painting has a different story in it even they are the paintings inside the painting. People might sometimes not paying attention to these details and I want to take people to look at this painting from a different direction.
