Antimatter is matter composed of the antiparticles (or partners) of the corresponding particles of 'ordinary' matter. Anti-matters features works loosely related to science fiction, that are de-materialized, unfinished, craft, idea, belief, or cultural object. The site brings opposition to the fetishization of finished 'fine art'. The gallery will make space for the futures projects and bring artists together within Mason Gross, who see science fiction opening the possibilities of an imminent world that wholly embodies art for culture's sake.
